Customer Inquiries: Respond to inbound customer calls, emails, and inquiries regarding product specifications, order status, delivery schedules, pricing, and any other related questions.
Order Processing: Process customer orders, ensuring accuracy in order details, delivery requirements, and product specifications.
Product Recommendations: Offer expert advice on the selection of our products and services based on customer needs and technical specifications.
Issue Resolution: Address any issues or concerns related to product quality, delivery, or performance and work with relevant teams to resolve them promptly.
Technical Support: Provide technical support to customers regarding product usage, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
Sales Support : Assist in generating quotes, pricing, and product recommendations, liaising with the sales team to ensure customer needs are met.
Follow-up: Ensure timely follow-up with customers regarding order status, shipping, and any post-sale support needs.
Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, production, and shipping teams to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth order fulfilment.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.
Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements and innovations in the diamond cutting tool industry to provide informed recommendations.
Good written and verbal communication in English
Ability to resolve the issue quickly and effectively
Passionate about delivering outstanding customer service and building long term relationships with the customers
Proficient in MS office
Team player
Experience in Customer Service of the similar industry would be a plus but not mandatory.
Monday to Thursday: - 08:00 to 16:45 Friday: - 07:00 to 14:00
