Mikro Diamond Tools has been established in 2025 by Jordi Roger and his son, Adrià Roger.
Mikro Diamond Tools represents the beginning of a new venture founded by Jordi Roger and his eldest son Adrià Roger. Initially dedicated to the diamond tools industry and services for diverse segments and applications, we manufacture, sell, and service products to the global market. We have already established our temporary office in Barcelona, Spain.
I am Jordi, 49 years old, 27 years of international experience in the wire and cable industry.
I started translating from our customers and visitors to our workshop operators, later I moved to sales as inside sales and Sales Area Manager. Some years after I became the sales director of Esteves Group in EMEA.
Ending my last 3 years as a Group Business Development Director of Esteves / A.L.M.T, part of Sumitomo Electric Industries company since September 2024.
I speak Spanish, Catalan, English, French.
I am Adrià but everybody calls me Adri, I am 22 years old and graduated in International Commerce from the University of Bellaterra.
I worked for 2 years in the supply chain, customer service, and logistics area for an international company.
I speak Spanish, Catalan, English, and French.
Our team will encompass a wide range of professional staff, including sales engineers, technical personnel, production specialists, R&D professionals, an export and import department, customer service representatives, and an experienced global sales network.
We are currently in a recruitment period with clearly defined functions and targets for our new colleagues. Our team will also be flexible to adapt to new opportunities that we identify now and in the future.
We are pleased to announce that Mr. Manel Rueda will join Mikro Diamond Tools on February 1st, 2025. He is a highly experienced mechanical engineer with international sales experience. Having lived in Mexico for several years, he brings valuable insights. We are proud to have him on board, and he will be instrumental in our international expansion.

I am Manel, a seasoned professional with 27 years of experience in international sales and business development. I specialize in B2B environments, leading large-scale projects and navigating complex infrastructures across diverse markets. My career has been focused on strategic leadership and technical expertise, effectively combining my background as an Industrial Engineer with a deep understanding of global markets.
I have successfully built and fostered international distributor networks, implemented and managed robust CRM systems, and managed multinational teams to achieve outstanding results. I thrive in dynamic and multicultural environments. Furthermore, I was expatriated to Mexico to spearhead the development of a German multinational in the infrastructure sector, where I was responsible for overseeing the entire LATAM market.
Virginie is a multilingual professional who communicates effectively in English, French, Spanish, Catalan, and Italian, with a background in International Relations and Executive Assistance. With over 20 years of experience in Customer Service and Supply Chain, she has gained extensive expertise in managing global operations and logistics, including her work in the Wire and Cable industry.
Her professional journey led her to work alongside Jordi Roger at Esteves, where she was a key member of his team, recognized for her outstanding customer service and highly valued contributions. Thanks to this strong collaboration is why both Mikro and Jordi are eager to have her on board once again. Virginie is known for being dynamic, communicative, service-oriented, and empathetic, with a strong focus on precision and teamwork.
