Accounts Payable & Receivable: Process and manage invoices, track payments, and ensure timely processing of all bills and receipts. Coordinate with vendors and customers to resolve discrepancies.

Bank Reconciliation: Reconcile bank statements with company records to ensure accuracy and consistency. Identify and resolve any discrepancies.

General Ledger: Maintain and update the general ledger, ensuring all transactions are recorded correctly in accordance with company policies and accounting standards.

Financial Reporting: Assist with the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.

Tax Compliance: Ensure the company remains compliant with local, tax regulations. Prepare necessary documentation for tax filings and assist with audits as needed.

Audit Assistance: Assist in the preparation for internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and answering any queries regarding financial records.

Petty Cash Management:Maintain and reconcile petty cash records, ensuring proper documentation and approval for any expenses.

Vendor & Client Communication: Communicate with vendors and clients regarding payment terms, overdue invoices, and any discrepancies or concerns.

Data Entry & File Management: Accurately enter financial data into the accounting system and maintain organized filing systems for all financial documents.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounts.

Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in accounts payable and receivable.

Strong interpersonal and English communication skills

High level of accuracy and attention to detail when entering financial data and reconciling accounts.

Proficient in MS office and accounting software

Monday to Thursday: - 08:00 to 16:45 Friday: - 07:00 to 14:00
